NADOPOD adalah Notification of Accident, Dangerous Occurence, Poisoning and Occupational Disease.
NADOPOD is a system for the Safety and Health Officer/employer of an organization to report any accidents/dangerous incidents, poisoning and workplace diseases to the JKKP/DOSH systematically.
It is the responsibility of every staff, student, contractor and visitor to report any Accidents, Near-Accidents, Dangerous Events, Poisonings and Occupational Diseases that occur at UM to the Head of PTj concerned.
The purpose of NADOPOD was created to help OSHE to identify the cause of accidents/accidents in order to determine the appropriate preventive measures to avoid the same incident from happening again.
The Head of PTj should report to OSHE as soon as the accident is identified. Small JKKP PTj must report and investigate accidents to identify the main cause and problem so that it can be controlled or overcome to OSHE by using the following form
The PTj can contact their respective ZSO for any further questions.
