Implement the KKPAS program together with stake holders at least four (4) times a year.
Conduct courses/training/workshops to meet organizational needs at least four (4) times a year.
Ensure that at least 70% of customer complaints related to KKPAS issues at PTj are acted upon and notified to the complainant within fourteen (14) working days.
Conduct Central JKKP meetings at least four (4) times a year for information delivery and discussion of KPPAS issues.
Conduct KKPAS audits at least four (4) times a year.
